TERMS OF SALE (INDIANMARKET) PRICES :
Prices mentioned in the Price List are
ruling at the time of printing of the Price List and
subject to change without prior notice. Goods
shall be invoiced at prices ruling on the date of
despatch.
PAYMENTS :
Payments are to bemade by Demand
draft/cheques drawn on “Loba Chemie Pvt.
Ltd.” payable at Mumbai. In the event of
payment through bank the customer has to
retire the documents immediately on
presentation of the documents by the bank.
The interest @21% will be charged on all the
payments received after due dates.
BULK REQUIREMENTS :
Requi rement s /Enqui r ies for bul k
packing and large quantities for any items will
be considered.
STANDARD PACKING FOR SOLVENTS & ACIDS :
The standard packing for solvents are 4
x 2.5 litres, 12 x 1 litre & 12 x 500ml & for mineral
acids 4 x 2.5 litres & 16 x 500ml.
INSURANCE :
Goods are packed with utmost care
and forwarded at Customer´s risk. No
responsibility is taken for breakages or loss in
transit. Goods can be insured at the
customer´s request at 1%of the invoice value.
Charges for insurance will be made on the
invoice itself.
MINIMUMORDER :
All order invoiced over Rs. 10,000/- net
shall be despatched F.O.R. Destination by
transport. Goods can be despatched by
Post,courier/angadia or by Passenger Train on
customer´s request, freight will be borne by
customer. Order less than Rs. 5,000/- net will
not be executed. Road permits wherever
applicable should accompanied with
purchase order.
TAXES &DUTIES :
All prices quoted are exclusive of GST.
And all the government levies including GST
will be charged extra.
FORCE MAJEURE :
Not withstanding whatever contained
herein, in the event due to reasons beyond
our control such as riots, strikes, civil
commotion, shortage of raw materials, act of
God, Government restrictions, etc., we are
prevented from making supplies, we or our
authorised stockists will not be liable for any
penalisation for delay or non-supply of the
items.
GOODS RETURN :
Cancellation of order received after
despatching the materials will not be
considered. Rejection complaints should be
made within 60 days of our invoice date and
after our approval you can return the goods
as per our instruction since we have to face
Excise difficulties & also pay heavy octroi etc.
SPECIAL NOTE :
All products are sold for LABORATORY
USE ONLY. We assume no responsibility if they
are used as DRUGS, FOOD ADDITIVES OR
household chemicals. For Potassium cyanide
Poison licence is required by Purchaser
wherever applicable.
